Download the Alice app, create an account, and follow the on-screen pairing instructions. Setup typically takes less than 5 minutes.
What's the battery life?
Alice Neckband provides 18+ hours of continuous use. The Ring lasts up to 7 days between charges.
Is my data stored locally?
Yes. Alice processes data on-device by default. Cloud sync is optional and fully encrypted.
How do I update the firmware?
Firmware updates are delivered automatically through the Alice app when connected to WiFi.
