Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Alice hardware and software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the device
- • Keep your account credentials secure
- • Not use Alice for any illegal or harmful purposes
Warranty
Alice hardware is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.
